Today, I got these Guess by Marciano ankle boots for $70.

My ankles will hate me, but I'll look hot. And be able to reach things on higher shelves better.

At apartment. Cleo's at my parents. Apparently she spent all last night running up and down the stairs looking for me. Poor Kitty.

No go with the landlords, but my apartment is likely too small for a cat anyhow.

But my friends, who I was considering moving in with in January anyhow, are willing to take her for now. We're just hoping Cleo gets along okay with their cat.

I just sent an email begging my landlords to let me keep Cleo. They're lovely people who have a cat and a dog themselves, so I'm hoping they understand my utter adoration of this little sweetheart.
