Rue 21... I stole it off one of the mannequins in the boys section. It was the last one like it in the store. They had a butload of skull and crossbone design messenger bags, which were far inferior to the biohazard bag, at full price still. Apparently, with pirates of the carribean in theaters, that's the style of the week.
