My most awesome and wonderful Evil Twinny, you KNOW I got your back. You are not a horrible person for using you lj to express every emotion you feel, be the good or bad. That's what my therapist tells me. That journalling is a good way to work through what ever your feeling or dealing with.

I am so with you over sweating the little shit. I can be startlingly competent at handling the big shit; it's when the little things go awry -- things that I feel should never have been an issue in the first place -- that I fall apart.

I can't do much from here but cheer you on and remind you that I think you're marvelous, but I'm all over that. *cheering wildly* You are MARVELOUS!

Pity parties are much more fun when there are lots of guests! *hands you virtual glass of wine*

It's good that you list your blessings too - I always find that helps keep things in perspective. But yes, you need an outlet, and why NOT let that be your LJ friends? We are here for you, sweetie!
