Well, I just had a meeting with an adviser over at Middlesex Community College. It looks like I can graduate with an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice by only taking 10 classes. Or 9. It depends on if I want to do the degree with the "transfer option" or the degree with the "administrative option ( Read more... )

That's a great step, what an awesome way to start a new year!

what are these online courses like? can people abroad take them? Obvs I can't do any more work right now but in the future I'd like to get accredited in French & Spanish and maybe do some other courses too

Online classes are just remote. Not all classes are offered online, but a ton are. You basically log into chat room discussions (if you want) for online talk about the class, and a lot of emailing back and forth with professors.

I've taken a couple courses, but they were programming courses online, so I'm not sure exactly how other courses are dealt with.
