Have just woken up naturally after about 5 hours sleep. Am supposed to be on a train for 7+ hours at tenish. Wtf brain? Why can't you work on this little sleep the rest of the time?

I Bring You Corn!
Made enchiladas for dinner tonight. A big deal as I am using real corn tortillas, not those shit ones with wheat flour added in that they sell in England. Still got about half the stack my gran sent me for Christmas. Thank science they freeze well enough. It's that quiet time of year. Not much for me to do ATM at work or at home. Can't be bothered to do any of my old projects and nothing new really pulling my interests. And nothing at the moment really to explain the lack of doing something. I have found the doldrums of life and have embraced it with calm indifference.

Been in a tight deadline this last week getting everything together for applying to go back to Uni. Had work experience, prerequisite to the course, on weds and thurs as well as making sure I had everything else done for the actual application. iPod no touchy!
So yeah I got an iPod for Xmas. Been using it a bit over the last few days and have found it to be not that bad in the role I have been using it for: mini tablet doodad for when laptop is still a bit clunky to use. And I'm finding it to fill that role nicely so long as I am in wifi range. Also apparently this app has decent predictive text function ( Read more... ) -
