So, since I led up to my Saturday at the end of my last post, I should probably write about that.

It really was a beautiful day. Sunshine, slight breezes, absolutely gorgeous. It’s the type of day that I don’t mention to people living up north because it makes them sad.

Hey, remember on the night before my wedding (in St. Cloud) Tim's car died and I had to run out and get him and have his car towed? I remember I had to leave all of you bridesmaids in the hotel and go take care of it... It must be something with weddings and cars that don't mix... No fun. No fun at all.

Oooh, I'd forgotten about that. You're right--that wasn't fun.

Things seem to be working out right now, though, so I'm relieved.

So is the picture of the red or the brown? It looks red, but I thought I'd better ask. Sounds like the brown would be duller.
Sorry things are so bad. I hate to hear that my little girl has been crying and there isn't a thing I can do about it. But life goes on and this crummy weekend will make the good ones seem even better when they come, as they will. Maybe this was all about making you want to move because it is what you really need to do, even though it is a lot of work and you are (were) comfortable there.

The picture is of the red. The other is closer to the color of the siding on the building, a pale, tannish brown.

Things are doing better now. It really was just a yucky weekend. This coming weekend and the one after it are looking *so* much better. :)

And we are now confident that we're going to move. We don't know where exactly, but we're looking at apartments in a week or two. And we don't know what we're going to do about my work, but I have until August to find something new. That's plenty of time.
