Rowan is the most polite 15-month old I've ever met! When you hand him something or he hands you something, he says, "Dan-do!," which is Rowan-speak for thank you!

In other news......the financing for purchasing a house has come through and we view our first property today! We're viewing two properties today (Friday) and one property

Thanks for a great update. I'm excited for you and the househunt--looking forward to the pictures when you decide on something. I'm trying to wrap my brain around an actual thatch roof as even a possibility.

I love being a full-time mom too. For myself, having the one calligraphy class to look forward to really, really helps. I've haven't done anything so right-brained since piano lessons, and I find it very refreshing mentally. Though it's not bringing in money (yet), but I've been doing some great trades from my work--babysitting and soon a tiara. A bonus, the classes were even tax deductible!

So, if you're finding need of some adult-time, an art class would be one of my recommendations.

You are missed at the KFD also, but take this opportunity to really enjoy the kids. They grow up do fast. An example is, it feels to me that Phil, Jessie, and their friends were just sitting around the dinning room table playing D & D just a few years ago, when in reality they are both approaching their mid 30's. Boy do I feel old now.
