As you can tell by the subject heading I really need to shower.

I got most of my homework done today at school. I need to write a "letter to a client" that should take no more than 30 minutes. It is now 1:30 AM. I've been home since 5. There are times I am positively amazed at my ability to find things to distract myself. I could do homework... ( Read more... )

I thought by the title that you just went to a rockin' concert.

I've got my mom's recipe for meatballs that only involves baking and always works well. I'll email it to you if you want it.

For the recipe I have, you bake them, then put them in the sauce. Do you put yours in the sauce raw?

Seems to me that they should at least be browned before being put into a sauce...

As for not using a sauce at all, well, without it they're just meatloaf balls.
