Learn to listen to it.

Today, my body felt tired and not up to doing heavy weights. Then I realised that I had been focussing too much on heavier weights that I had forgotten to cycle the training with lighter weights (13 to 16 repetitions) sessions.

So today I switched down the weights and upped the repetitions.

And it felt GREAT! :D
