Please don't make these be 'famous last words'. Seth will be furious, but the Cohens were very smart changing the trust for Ryan as well, to protect him from Seth.

I'm still anticipating confrontations between Ryan and Seth...and Taylor...and hell, may as well throw Summer in there too! Nice and angsty, your fic is.

Things between Ryan and Seth look to be in for a shake up. (for lots of reasons).

I know that initially, you were hoping that this was going to be a quick romp in the hay for Ryan and Summer but as you can see, this story has taken on a life of it's own and all these other characters have decided to intrude. I hope that you're not disappointed. But I figure that R/S will have no chance until they deal with the rest of the mess.

I think that they are too big a part of Ryan's life to go unnoticed for too long. We'll be seeing quite a bit more of them in the chapters still to come.

This is a really lovely chapter. Sandy/Kirsten showing how proud they are about one of their sons and in a way putting Ryan ahead of Seth in the "son stakes" appeals to me a lot

I don't think Taylor had no feelings for him. In fact, she had 'chosen' him to be her boyfriend. I suspect that title was awarded to the one that was 'best in bed'. (Something like 'best in show' for dogs. LOL) But it didn't mean that she was prepared to remain celibate while Ryan wasn't with her. She may have preferred Ryan to be her partner but when he wasn't available then she was happy to use whoever/whatever was on offer. (I really don't like her. Can you tell? lol)

As for the Ryan/Seth relationship - you'll have to wait and see. There's certainly a lot more to come about it.

I'm really enjoying this, though I feel bad for the Cohen parents and Ryan, trying to deal with Seth - who I am sure will not take the news of his trust delay well at all!!

Seth's lucky to have a family that cares about him because he doesn't really deserve it/them.

And no, I suspect that he won't take the news about his trust fund well at all.
