So, lately I've been feeling like something is missing. I feel like I need to a part of something. I want to be religious. I need to find something I believe in and become a part of it. I've never been part of a religion before. Is it that easy? Can I just jump right in? I have some ideas of what I already believe in, but I need to find something

I think you have a blank slate going for you? Like you can do your research and find one that suites you the best without the pressure of following your parents. I'll attend mass with you if you decide on Catholism, I'm never good at jumping into anything. If you just need to fill a void perhaps something that will help fellow humans, like volunteering or maybe a service trip? I don't know a whole lot about it but *shrug it could be fun and help you out with the problem.

I don't think I'm Catholic. Thanks for the offer though. Jumping into things is hard, I kind of feel like to be completely part of a religion you have to be raised that way (?). I was thinking about volunteering, but right now I'm a little busy, so that is my goal for next semester. Service trip is also a good idea...I'll have to look into it.
