My god, the worst internet company EVER. Don't ever sign up with these guys. Not only do they make it inconvenient and time consuming to cancel their account, but they don't even offer cancelation over the internet. You have to call a representative (who is most likely illiterate and incompetant) over the phone, and have them screw you over. ( Read more... )
