I feel drained again today. On Tuesday, I decided to completely change my eating habits, which involved not consuming caffeine. I'm so tired all the time now, although I find going to sleep at night much easier than before. I applaud and support such a decision, even if it is a shocking change to your body. You're young, you want your body to keep running for you for a long time to come, and losing the caffeine and eating better in general is a big step towards that. :) If you have trouble with the cold-turkey, one thing you could do would be to find a "replacement" - like an object you reach for or a much healthier snack to fill those cravings, etc. Allow yourself a different (but better for you!) indulgence to make up for the sudden loss.

Good luck, in any case. :) Withdrawals suck, but you can get through this!
