Just a moment ago my older sister called to let me know she was back in town. Specifically, she needed directions, and I somehow came through. She also needed our aunt's phone number, but I never ended up putting it in my new phone. Well, one out of two ain't bad

It boils down to about the same as a formal paper. Most people will remember the first thing you said and the last thing you said. So make a good opener and a good ending, and the rest just fill in with heart-felt ...whatever, and you'll be fine. :)

Though I don't suggest trying this without *some* preparation. :P
