Yes :P. As an American citizen you can move anywhere in the world and vote (except Puerto Rico, where they are all citizens but cannot vote). You'd just get an absentee ballot or something and you'd vote in the state you last lived in.

Also, I LOVE MY DRAENEI PRIEST >P.

If they live in the the US, any of our territories, or anywhere else in the world. But not in Puerto Rico :P.
