Make yourself a big bowl of pasta salad, it'll last a good week through various meals. For lunches, make some sandwiches and fruit/veggies. For dinners, if you cook up something big, you can freeze the rest and then warm it back up whenever you need to.
I'm not sure how helpful this will be, as I'm working with a fully stocked kitchen in a household full of health nuts, and I suspect that neither is true in your case. But random food-ideas for you. I hope one or two of them is of some use. Because living on easy mac will probably give you scurvy, and that would be bad
