OH HOW I LOVE THIS. I like that it's unique to fandom, because I think most other fics (including mine) have targeted Leslie as a serial-decorator, but with the fact that she's so busy and SO prone to clutter, it makes sense that it'd be overlooked! And that's so cute that Ben would be so put-out by the fake tree (man, my family only ever had fake trees, I had no idea real ones were like the mainstream til recent years). Everything is cute okay IT'S ALL CUTE. Thank you so much and it's ridiculous and awesome that it'll have a part 2 <3

Ah this is so cute and perfect. I love that Ben is confused by the fake tree (I share that sentiment except in the rare cases of allergies), and I love that Leslie would be stir-crazy enough to consider snow shoeing to work. Thanks!

This is fantastic, way to turn everything a lot of us probably thought about Christmas with these two and turn it on its head. You are so gifted and amazing and brilliant. I want to cuddle into this fic and bask in it's warmth and love. You are the best. I WANT MORE NOW THANKS.

I think every other Christmas fic I've written myself has been the opposite of this, but I wanted to do something different. I'm really glad to hear it worked.
