a quagmire! in 1994, dick cheney said invading iraq would be a quagmire, a threat to the entire middle east with nothing but casualties...what he said in 1994 is pretty much describing what is going on today...im guessing this probably changed after he became the CEO of halliburton, realized how profitable a war could be, and took a 3000% increase

youre welcome! and what do you think about karl rove? i mean its good that hes out, but im wondering if this is going to somehow work out to his/the administration's advantage in any future court proceedings...its kind of too good to be true

yeah, I agreeee that's what I thought at first when I read that he was leaving. It seems like it's part of a bigger, master plan. Or maybe it's an effort to make the Bush administration look better in future court procedings because maybe people caught on that a lot of people have taken the fall for Rove and that the administration has been lying to cover their own asses? I don't know. Eitehr way it looks like the republican party is slowly crumbling ever since the democratic party took over. WOOOHOOOO
