I have an interview to be a hairdresser & massotherapist at 11h00. No experience necessary (training provided), and within walking distance of the house (though I'll be driving today, because puddles + dryclean only pants = teh bad). The hours, based on the flier so they might just be for the salon, and not for the position, are 4 days at 12

It went well, I suppose. Free trial basis training (rather than having to pay for courses), during which time I will not be paid, so I'll be keeping the current job for awhile longer. Massotherapy tomorrow night. Wash, colour & highlights, and set on Wednesday. We'll see how it goes. Even if I hate it, I can cross this off my "When I grow up, I want to be a..." list. I'm tired of falling into jobs. I wish I could specialize in something... simple? In my world (simplified view I may have), if you like baking, and you're good at it, you should be able to make a decent living being a baker, and not have to take the better-paying-but-soul-draining desk job.
