Beautiful shoes and tears galore.

I finished my Christmas shopping today! Of course, I had to make a stop for myself, and DSW happened to be in the same shopping center I was in. I found a beautiful pair of shoes. Although the store was out of size 11 and 10.5, I managed to squeeze into a 10. They hurt like hell, but I bought them anyway because they're lovely ( Read more... )

Did you also hear that South Africa's Supreme Court handed down a ruling notifying the legislators that they must extend marriage rights to gay couples. As Jon Stewart said, "Just to be clear, South Africa is now more progressive than America." Classic.

Way to go on a productive semester, too!
