I guess that's it, I'm not capable yet of defining my level of challenge, or figuring out the endorphins from exhaustion. I feel really good and motivated, but the pace I'm at now might not be sustainable.
I'm bad at prioritizing. But I'm getting a life coach Friday to help me with that. I'll see what she has to say about that.
You'll figure it out! Doug is a legit runner and he still makes training mistakes of overdoing, or what have you. And the stronger you get the more you will be capable of! I know sustaining stuff is the real challenge, but just think about your choices making you more and more healthy and keep taking steps towards that! You can do it!!
