If you haven't watched it yet, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend is on Netflix finallly and it's my new fav show. Here's where I go on about what it is and why it's so great: http://padawansguide.livejournal.com/1631578.html I heard good things about "Stranger Things" too and I'm going to check that out.

Sorry your leg is bothering you. It's really hard to know all this stuff. You could just do stretches in the pool, something gentle to you get you moving without making you worry about failing with a later workout. Good luck!!

I would say, approach slowly. If there is something you want to do but you are afraid it's too much, ease into it. Lots of stretching and warming up. Do a little bit and gradually increase to a level you are comfortable with. I've found if I'm nervous about doing something, baby steps can be the best way to get going.

I'm always afraid that baby steps will equal backward movement. But that was the past, not the present or the future. Moving forward is always the best step.

As long as you are moving forward, the speed isn't important. You are moving forward.
