i need advice from those of you that have/had braces. were you able to eat hamburgers and hot dogs on the bun? did you strictly follow the "do not eat" list, or try different things to see what worked and what didn't? my dentist says she doesn't restrict much, just biting into whole fruit such as apples and pears, and no nuts. i looked on line ( Read more... )
