4 Ryoda drabbles
Genre: fluff, humor and attempt to crack in one of them…

A/N: couldn't sleep last night and started writing this. They are all inspired by songs … hope you'll like them.
Just My Luck (by McFly)
"Sunshine here I come!" Ryo smiled taking off his sweater as he made his way out from the building. It had been nice weather the whole day and he would finally be able to fully enjoy it. He had been walking down the street for about a minute when he suddenly felt something dripping on him and before he knew it he was caught in pouring rain.
"Argh, just my luck!" Ryo growled trying to shield himself from the rain with the sweater he had taken of just a couple of minutes ago.
When he got off the train at his station the rain was still pouring down and he could wish his plans on spending his evening outside in the summer sun. He walked by his local grocery store and realized he had to buy food and he walked inside. He grabbed a basket and made his way through the store placing diverse food into it.
"You gotta be kidding me!" Ryo muttered when he reached the checkout and saw that he had at least 15 people in front of him. It would take ages for him to get out from here. "Just my luck!"
He made his way upstairs carrying two bags of food in his hands, the elevator had been out of order so he had to walk up to his flat on the 14th floor. When he reached his apartment door he started to look for his key only to notice that apparently he had forgot it at work together with his cell phone.
"Fuck, fuck, fuck!" He cried out in desperation hitting his front door harshly.
"Why does the world seem to hate me today?" he muttered in aggravation kicking the door again before leaning back against the wall.
"Fuck, fuck, fu-" his mumbling was cut off when he heard the lock on his door unlock from the inside. He got off the wall when he saw the door open and Ueda looked out from behind it.
"I thought it would be you" Ueda smiled "Did you forget your key or something?"
"Yeah…" Ryo said he was surprised that Ueda was there. "What are you doing here? I thought that you were out of town?"
"I got back early and decided to surprise you" Ueda smiled, taking up one of the bags from the ground. "And lucky thing I did."
"Yeah" Ryo smiled back following Ueda inside their apartment. "Just my luck."
His night had just turned from bad, worse, worst to the best - he would be able to spend his night with the person he loved the most.
I Just Can't Wait To Be King (from the Disney film Lion King)
When Ryo has his mind put on something he will do anything to get his way. This time he is determined to be the King of Johnny's Entertainment. Yes, he wants to be the king, so that when the old man Johnny dies he can take over the company and do whatever he wants with it. But everyone knows that a king needs a queen. But he doesn't want anyone to become his queen, he need that someone to be a royalty - a real princess. And since everybody knows that there is only one princess in this company and that is why he is making his way towards KAT-TUN's dressing room.
"Princess?" He said when he barged into the room, and getting the attention of everyone in the room.
"Yes?" Ueda said rolling his eyes and lazily looked up from what he was doing.
"Go out with me" Ryo demanded more than asked really. Kings are demanding!
"What?" Ueda asked surprised almost dropping the magazine in his hand.
"Go out with me" Ryo said walking straight up to Ueda his back straight and his eyes focused on the princess.
"Why?" Ueda asked still confused and turned to look at his just as confused band members.
"Cause I need you to build up my kingdom" Ryo said now standing right in front of Ueda holding out his hand for him to take.
"Kingdom?" Ueda asked and couldn't help but chuckle, causing the rest of the occupants of the room to laugh as well.
"Do not laugh at me!" Ryo roared. A king does not take shit like this! "I am serious! Every king needs a Queen and I want you princess to be my Queen." Everyone in the room stopped laughing and just stared at the short man.
"You are really serious aren't you?" Ueda asked getting up from his chair.
"Of course I am!" Ryo said. A good king does not joke around! "So go out with me!"
"What do I get out from doing it?" Ueda asked looking.
"You get to rule together with me." Ryo answered his eyes still focused on the princess.
"Okay, I guess that would be pretty fun" Ueda smirked. "I'll go out with you"
"One step closer to the top" Ryo said making a victory gesture and a big grin playing on his face. "Oh how I just can't wait to be king"

"What are Nishikido doing?" Ueda muttered and stopped to stare at the Osaka man that was sitting next to a crying junior on the floor in the hallway. Ryo seemed to be comforting the younger boy, with his arm in a comforting way around the others shoulder. When did Ryo become a sweet and caring Sempai? Ryo was known for being mean and uncaring, not the other way around. Ueda had never seen this side to Ryo before and he was really surprised that there even was a side like this to him. He had known, well maybe not known more like been acquaintance with Ryo for years now and never had he seen him this way. A smile spread across Ueda's face as he leaned back against the wall and continued to look at the scene in front of him, and he felt something change inside of him. He felt a warmth and cozy feeling spread throughout his body, and before he knew it like he had a bunch of crazy butterflies in his stomach. Why had he never seen it before?
A few minutes later the sobs from the junior subsided, and Ryo pulled away his arm.
"Are you okay now?" he asked the young boy who nodded and then thanked him with a smile. They both got up from the floor and that's when Ryo noticed Ueda watching them. He smiled sheepishly at Ueda before he turned and bid goodbye to the junior, when he turned back he had expected Ueda to have walked away but he hadn't. Ueda was still watching him; looking at him in a way that he had never looked at him before and that made him feel weird in a good way. He walked up to him, a soft smile playing on his lips.
"Hi Princess" Ryo said scratching the back of his neck.
"What was that right now?" Ueda asked the butterflies in his stomach going crazy.
"I was just comforting him - he's new here and felt lost" Ryo said leaning against the wall as well and their arms touched each other, but none of them pulled away. "I just happened to walk into him, and I just couldn't leave him alone…"
"I never knew you had that in you" Ueda smiled. "I like that side of you"
"Yeah, well what can I say" Ryo smirked "I'm a man with many good qualities."
"And now you're back to your cocky and confident self" Ueda rolled his eyes and pushed his way back from the wall. "Well, see you around Nishikido"
I Won't Say(I'm in Love) (from the Disney film Hercules)
"No I won't say it!" Ueda said stubbornly. "I won't say it!
"Come on Tat-chan" Jin said nudging Ueda in the ribs. "You know it's true."
"There is no way that is true" Ueda said staring at his friends.
"But there is no logic to love" Kame said patting his friends shoulder. "Just look at me, I fell for a Baka like Jin. "
"Hey!" Jin said offended.
"You know I love you Jin" Kame reassured Jin before turning back to Ueda. "And anyway Tat-chan, you can't go on denying it. It's not good for you!"
"I'm not denying anything!" Ueda said in a restrained voice. "I am NOT in love!"
"You so are!" Jin said "We can read right through you, so we won't buy it"
"You guys are ridicules" Ueda growled and got up from the couch. "I won't say it because I am not in love, so get of my case already"
"We won't give up until you say it" Jin said. "We just want what's best for you, and lying to yourself is not good."
"I've had enough; I'm getting something to drink" Ueda said making his way out from the room.
"Who do they think they are?" Ueda muttered while making his way to the vending machine. "Telling me that I am in love, hmph. I should know myself best, right? And I know for sure that I am not in love. I am not in love!"
He soon reached the vending machine but he wasn't the only one there; Ryo was standing there putting some coins into the machine. Ueda couldn't help but stare at the man, and all the butterflies in his stomach started to go crazy while his cheeks started to turn a nice shade of pink.
"Oh, who am I kidding…" Ueda muttered. "I'm in love."
