Thank god, right?

So yesterday I almost got hit by a truck while I was cycling to work, which was pretty exciting. And by exciting I mean pretty terrifying. Back in primary school when we were tiny babbus we had a week or so in which we learned 'bike education'--we all pretty much knew how to ride bikes but this was to teach us proper road etiquette

Bike education, that is kinda cool. We don't have anything like that here in the US. What I learned from the bike is basically what my parents told me when I was a kid and what I gathered from books and some word of mouth. No really, I actually googled, just a few days back, what to do when there isn't a bike lane available. Just glad you didn't get hit!
