TEGOMASS KYAAAAAAAAAA *nosebleed*
ZOMG ZOMG ZOMG I JUST WATCHED THE LIVE PERF OF TEGOMASS IN THE GOLDEN MELODY AWARDS IN TAIWANNNNNNNN *nosebleednosebleed*
This first part is how I found out about TegoMass on the Golden Melody awards, so scroll down if you want to get right to the juicy stuff.
I didn't know it was going to air live on Astro (Malaysian cable TV). Heck, I didn't even know the awards was today at all. But when I read all those fan reports about TegoMass in Taiwan I went on the ultimate frenzy trying to find out everything I could about the awards and bursting my eardurms watching almost every fancam there was about them arriving at the Taiwan airport with legions of fangirls screaming like banshees.
BUT ANYWAY. I eventually found myself on the official Golden Melody Awards homepage and found out that the awards was going to start today (16th June) at 7.30 pm. By now I was absolutely hyper because I remember seeing an ad on TV about the live airing on one of the cable TV channels, but of course short-termed memory me couldn't remember which damn channel it was. So I just panicked and ran around trying to find the TV guide for every chinese channel I could find, but I must have missed a few so I failed. After two hours of researching I had already decided to give up and decided that some kind soul was going to put it up on clubbox tomorrow. >.>
After that I went to sleep.
Later in the evening at 7.30 ( which was about one hour ago), I decided to try my luck again and flipped through all the channels to see if I could find it. Flip. flip. flip. flip.
Then I hit the holy grail - channel 19.
I swear I could screamed my head off at that very moment if my brother wasn't sitting beside me, but I was so high in tension I couldn't stop fidgeting and wondering when the heck TegoMass was going to appear. So after one and a half hour of silent enthusiasm the hostess finally announced that TegoMass was going to perform and I was like "YAYYYYYYYYYY!" and then I ROFLED because I realised that they had announced TegoMass as "Shou Yue Zhen Tian", which is the chinese pronounciation of TegoMass.
The next 5 minutes was probably the stupidest 5 minutes of my life because right after they announced that TegoMass were going to perform they cut to the ads so I changed the channel for a while, but when I came back they were already halfway through Miso Soup.
Then I had to make the decision of hitting my head against a wall for my stupidity or fangirling over TegoMass looking HAWT on stage.
So I fangirled, and ZOMG THEIR PERFORMANCE WAS SO GOOOOOODDDDD.
Tegoshi and Massu both wore black suits and white shirts underneath, which is my absolute weakness. I think the only difference is that Tego wore a black tie while Massu had a black ribbon tied on (KAWAIIIIII) Their voices were perfect too when they sang Miso Soup (Japanese version) and Kissu~Kaerimichi no Love Song, and GAHHH I DON'T NEED TO TELL YOU AGAIN HOW SQUISHY AND ADORABLE THEY WERE AYE.
The only gripe I have is that the camera would sometimes cut to screaming fangirls waving uchiwas halfway through the perf and that really annoyed me, cause IT'S TEGOMASS. NOT FANGIRL-GRABBING ATTENTION TIME.
But anyway when the perf ended the fangirls couldn't stop screaming until they left the stage and the hostess had to practically shout over the screams, haha X
EDIT: When the perf ended, TegoMass said "Thank You" in chinese KYAAAA SO CUTE.
