Took the day off of work. Good reason though, had an appointment for the removal of my wisdom teeth. Wasn't too bad, literally only remember waking up, driving over there (dad drove back), given laughing gas and the need prick. After that... I was out for apparently an hour. Don't even remember making it to the pharmacey. I do remember stumbling

i might be getting my wisdom teeth out this summer too. that's only if my doctor pronounces my ankle fully healed though; otherwise we'll wait until the next time i'm home. apparently i only have two wisdom teeth though, i think on the bottom. i guess the other two decided that they would be no match for the removal powers of the dentist and just figured it wasn't worth it to grow.

That's actually a nice deal. On the teeth that is. You only have to worry about swelling where they actually make incisions to get the teeth out (thus only 2 areas for the two teeth, not sure how much thinking you want to do during the summer :p :l). Though, there is more pain where they do the incisions (nothing big, took Ibprofun 600 mg, haven't touched the narcotic strength stuff). All I feel for the top teeth are 2 holes. On the bottom teeth... there's stitching and some pain leaving the "mark" that the oral surgeon had to do stuff.

I assume the ankle's going well? Hmmm. We should get together sometime this summer, if that's a possibility with you. If we wanted to doa group thing (TK, Kristi, etc.) well... prolly early august? I can't remember when Kristi said she'd be back... Oh yea, I head back the 23rd ish of August.

hopefully there won't be too much pain. i do have painkillers from my ankle though! i hardly used any of it so there's plenty left. i don't know if they'd want me to use it for that though...

yup, my ankle is healing well. i have an appointment with my doctor on tuesday, at which he might start letting me put my foot down while using the crutches. the wound is almost all sealed up, but my scar is rather boring -- just a simple line.

kristi gets back today or tomorrow, i think. she's leaving for vacation in three weeks, and doesn't get back until when i'm leaving for olin (the 29th). so, i guess sometime in the next three weeks is probably our best bet.

The surgeon prolly will prescribe more? ::shrug:: I have no recollection of stuff right after the operation. I vaguely recall being told I can leave when I'm ready. and stumbling around... Then next memory was arriving at the pharmacey, buying yogurt and powerade, and then.. being home. Whee.

Cool. Eventually you'll be able to use the crutches as a third leg, and be like.. 1.5 times faster than you used to be! Heh.

Hmm. If I remember I'll post her an e-mail. Prolly send one to TK too... *sigh* joy of organizing things. Sounds like work to me :p :l
