black out

I think it would be awesome if I could find a way to make this a header for my page.

Besides the power being out for a couple hours today the day was very eventful.
The day started off with going to a Bridal Expo with Virginia, Brian, and Mom. There were so many people there it was crazy. Brian and I got to go around and check out the booths and freak out some people, while Mom and Virginia looked at dresses. After about two hours I wanted to leave. Thankfully we went over to the Hobbit for lunch, score! They have all kinds of crazy sandwiches.

The way home we passed through a strong storm, which caused the power to go out at the house. The wind pattern on the high way made Brian feel like a tornado may be forming, so he speed through there as fast as he could. It was amazing how the wind was blowing. Later, we were driving into the rain and we could barely see. Once we got home we ran into the house trying not to get soaked- I loved it.

Hanging out with Al and Zeb was a blast. We went out towards Kingwood saw a movie and ate dinner. Then Zeb followed me as I dropped Al off where his friends were. That was a mini adventure. We had to go farther then he thought on this dark farm road in the middle of an area that I did not know. Thankfully we did not pass the place up. I got to eat at Zio's, and it was not that bad. I had heard that the Zio's in Houston did not compare to the one in SA. An interesting part of dinner conversation was about ways Zeb could keep himself awake in the drive to Austin. Al suggested drinking many caffenated beverages, and Zeb replied that he would have to make frequent stops. I suggested a solution- an empty bottle. (Ok just think about it). All right, apparently he found it very amusing that I suggested it. Click the Adam Sandller movie was really good. I love it when I can go to a movie and make comments to people, and laugh. All right so back to dropping Al off. Al got dropped off, so I told Zeb that I would take the loop around instead of the tollway because he was going to follow me out to 290. He however, called me just a couple minutes after the exit for the tollway, and said he was going back to his apartment and leave for Austin in the morning. Gerrr... I was a bit mad that he did not even call before the tollway. I take the loop to 290, when I was trying to avoid it. I was only going that way because the construction is confusing along with a couple interchanges. Ugh the only thing I can say is I would much rather have a friend drive safe and be late then risk an accident and be ahead of schedule.
