today was good...i went jogging for 12 minutes straight this time and walked for 20 -then stretched again and did 10 reg. situps and 40 crunches.
i filled out a bunch of nevada post cards yeah. peace.

Oohhh I need to start walking/jogging again, but it's too cold for me, and it started raining again. :(
