A Fangirl's Rant on "Final Fantasy Type-0"
I'm bored and there's a few more hours left before work, so here's a quick ramble about the PSP game Final Fantasy Type-0 before I actually play it.
I'm excited. So excited. I can't even put my excitement into words. There's no counting how many times I sat and purely squealed to the epicness of "We Have Arrived". That main theme is just (*0*). Something about the melody and the overall deliverance of the piece... it seems to raise a burning, bright fire of life within the soul. And if that's what the composers where aiming for, they did a hell of a good job. After listening to that song, I just want to cheer! I feel so ready and confident about anything! It's amazing how powerful and influential music can be.
But enough about the song! Let's talk about Ace!! ♥ Oh that blonde, smart-looking, card-wielding boy is so cute~! And best of all, he's voiced by Kaji Yuuki - the same VA for Hope Estheim! I swear, Kaji-kyun's voice is too adorable to belong to a man. He's in his late-20's and he still has a cuter voice than some girls (including me)! But he's using a cooler, more mature voice for Ace.
Anyways, I don't think I'll ever use another character besides that boy. XD I did spoil myself with a few demos from Youtube, so I understand how he fights. Ace is really good and very beginner-friendly. I love how he teleports to dodge an enemy's attack. Also, I really like Nine and Seven too. Nine because of his personality, looks, and voice *cough*OnoDaisuke*cough*, and Seven because she resembles Lightning. Really! She looks like the daughter of Lightning and Hope! She will be their daughter in my head!canon. LOL
So my main party will probably consist of Ace, Nine, and Seven. I'm also interested in Cinque. She's a strange little missy, but that's what I find appealing. Out of all the characters, I personally don't care for Machina at all. A guy on Niconico Douga calls him "Makiba" (a tip of the hat to Akiba from "MGS"). I'm going to adopt that nickname too. XD
Well, I think I'm done rambling for now. There's sure to be much more after I actually get to play the game. ^^; Can't wait for my birthday~♪ Only 3 more days~♪
