That's HTML. It's kindda tricky to explain in a comment, but if you want a shortcut, just go to any fic challenge comm and take their table code. Don't take the prompts, just the table code.

try 30kisses or 30_kisses. They have the table codes. I'm kindda lazy to write it out since tables involves a lot of tags and I'm kindda beat right now :p
