Website Updates and other junk :p

Well, I got my ass in gear today and started work on the website. so far, it is 25% Complete I opened the updates page, the main and table of contents page, the multimedia page, the manga profile and the contact page. The multimedia page is going to be a chore to do. Anyone knows how to make Thumbnails using MS Paint or Kodak Imaging? I will be

::shrug:: my thumbnails are just a small piece of the picture, copied and pasted into a new picture and then just turn that picture into a link by combining the code for inserting a picture to linking to another site/photo.

I'm not exactly sure where the image scaling functions Microsoft/Kodak Imaging are, since I don't have it installed on this XP machine, and the ME machine's in the room where a parental unit is sleeping. (or should be at this time!)

Microsoft Paint has a "stretch/skew" option to resize pictures, but I don't know how good it is. I ditched Paint ages ago. My weapon of choice for image wrangling is Photoshop, of course, with Paint Shop Pro being a decent second choice. (And significantly cheaper than Photoshop.)

Thanks Raider3 and MordSith. I know that i will link you guys along with K_Valentine's page when I open the link section, which might be today or tomorrow. I don't have PSP or Photoshop, so that means, I will have to work the thumbnails on my machine, instead of the computer lab's machine. Thanks guys for the help :D
