I went to the mall and purchased two Cd's. I got two stereolab albums and now I feel better.

I wanna say it's Indie house music but it's nothing like that. If you actually give it a genre it'll defeat the purpose of the music that it is. It's basically an artfrom of sounds taken from 80's pop an addin' drum and bass mixes. Think of those 8o's show's like C.h.i.p.s and 1 million dollar man and take there jazzy like background music with some french vocals and drum and bass. It's really awesome, I think you should check'em out. The album you must hear first is dots and loops.
