Not many things can ever be blamed solely on one president, as policies sometimes take years and even decades to get veto'ed or passed. But one can surly blame Bush for how he reacted or should I say didn't react to the clean-up and post storm rescue mission. You can't blame that on Clinton or anyone else. You also can't blame Clinton for all the Bush 'friends', aka unqualified people running governement agences

When I write quickly and empassioned, spelling is the first thing to go, which in hind sight is bad, as it lessens the validity or intelligence of my comments by looking ignorant in my presentation of it. *sigh*
