The sky was a sleepy, pale grey-blue as the horizon slowly turned yellow with the ageing early morning. From the window sill in the bedroom Ueda Tatsuya stared at the sky was though he would have given anything to become a part of it, even for a moment.

He pressed harder against the glass, wondering absently if he was trying to push

i KNEW it was Taguchi. he's ust smiling all the time that you can't help but think he has a phsycotic side to him.
also, because you mentioned jin i knew it wasn't him, kame would never be able to over power ueda and koki and nakamaru are just WAY too nice to do that to ueda.

I have a friend who thinks Taguchi is apsycho killer or somethin, but I actually don't have that image of him at all, I don't know why I keep writing him as a bad guy.

This is amazing!
I had a sneaking suspicion that it was Taguchi, don't know why though.
The psychology written here is very good and it shows how broken Ueda really is.
This is very, very good!

I don't usually have a bad image of Taguchi so I don't know why I chose to write him as such a sadistic bastard :S Somehow it just seemed to work to turn his usual character upside down.

I never though any one could portray that particular character like that.. seriously. And i couldnt figure out till the 'game' was mentioned. I initally though it would be jin. actually i was damn sure it was jin..and then..lol.
Anyways.. Good job!

Glad I presented some mystery, and I toyed with the idea of Jin at first but decided it might be too obvious, plus one of my friends might kill me if I made Jin that much of a bastard XD

well I am not going to say that I liked this one, because that would feel weird, cos ... Ueda is getting hurt, and I am not going to like that! I will say however that it is a really effective piece of writing, gorgeously written, you can feel his emotion and stress and terror coming off the page, and you did a really good job of creating the atmosphere. Well Done!
