Words have been difficult lately. Trying to speak feels like a little bit like slogging through mud, and there are times when I know people are speaking in English to me but feels as incomprehensible as a foreign language. I can feel the extra processing power that my brain needs to parse anything. Written text is easier, but even that is taking

The best advice I can give is to try and talk to people about it. Most people are nice and will try to help with whatever problems you're having.
