Summary: Takuya thinks something's wrong with him every time he looks at Kanom.
There was one thing Takuya wondered about his bandmate, Kanon. This one little thing...he wasn't sure what it was really. All he knew was that every time he looked at him, his heart skipped. He wonder if it's a good thing or a bad thing. If it's a good thing, then....good. If it's a bad thing, then...he wouldn't know what to do.
At the moment of thought, his eyes trailed off to the said person posing in front of the camera. It was the time of their photoshoot and here he was, sitting on a large plush couch while Miku and Teruki...played with Yuuki's blond curls. They were putting coloured bowties on him since the everyone besides Teruki (with the exception of Kanon) finished taking their turn in front of the camera. Miku suggested to Yuuki to take some pictures with them on and was about to tell the camera person before the taller man could say anything.
"No! Don't!" He suddenly jumped from his position and tackled the other, causing one of the ties to loosen in Teruki's grip.
"Hey! I was about to finish that one!" The drummer, who was sitting on the couch beside Takuya, dropped to his knees on the floor and edged closer to the struggling two to continue.
Miku flailed in the keyboardist's hold and whined, "Aw, come on, Yuuki! It'll be fun!"
"No, I don't want to. It'll look too girly. I want to keep my image as a sly and somewhat smugged character on camera!" The blonde reasoned, keeping a hold around the vocalist's waist.
"Sly and somewhat smugged, you say?" Miku stopped his flailing to turn and face the other with a disbelief stare. "I thought it'd be better then you taking off your sunglasses, you know? Fans would love to know what you truly looked like."
"But that would spoil the fun." Yuuki replied, pulling and dragging the other man by the waist.
Suddenly, a flash of light appeared before their eyes followed by a snap of a camera. Teruki grinned and waved a small metallic gray device in his hand. "Kanon-kun's camera."
The tall man stared through his sunglasses before grinning and holding up a peace sign.
"Hey...what happened to that 'I want to keep my image as a sly and somewhat smugged character on camera'?" Miku asked with a raised brow.
"Because Kanon-kun's camera is not going to be used for the magazine." he replied, as another flash appeared. "Besides, you wouldn't argue to this, would you?"
The vocalist tapped his chin with a finger in thought. "...Guess not. But that means you've ruined my fun!"
Yuuki was taken aback. "...Why?"
"Because I won't be able to look at the magazine and laughed at your bowties." Miku grinned before tickling his sides. "Now, let go of me! I'm behaving well enough!"
The blonde gave a surprise yelp of laughter as he moved away from the vocalist and crawled up to the couch next to Takuya. "Happy?"
"Much." was the amused reply.
"Teruki-kun! Your turn!" Kanon called as he walked away from the camera.
"Got it! I'll just finish your bowties later, ne?" The drummer smiled widely as he trotted to take his place.
"Yeah, yeah..." Yuuki waved a hand absently and chuckled.
Kanon waved Teruki off and sat besides Takuya with a sigh of relief. The guitarist tilted back slightly, eyes widened. He could feel his heart thumping quite fast. He didn't know why. Should he ask someone though? If so, who should he ask?
He continued to watch Miku tying more bowties on Yuuki's hair, his eyes trailing to Kanon every so often. Man...this is difficult.
"Takuya-kun...what's wrong?"
The brunette immediately turned to the bassist, blinking in slight confusion. "What do you...mean, Kanon-kun?"
"You were staring off. Were you thinking about something?"Kanon asked, tilting his head to the side.
Takuya shook his head quickly. Too quickly, he realized. "N-Nothng. It's well...."
He looked flustered. the bassist thought as he patted his shoulder reassuringly. "If there's a problem, you can tell me. I'll do my best to help."
The guitarist stared, his cheeks suddenly tinged red. Would he help? Will he be the answer to his problem? One way to find out.
He let out a sigh, wondering how to start. "Kanon-kun, I..."
"Mm-hm?" Kanon sat up straight, listening intently.
Takuya paused. "...I don't know why but...I feel my heart racing and my face heating up when I look at-"
"Oh, I know what it is." The bassist accidentally interrupted. "Ah, sorry."
"No, no! If you know, then can you tell me? I want this problem solved as soon as possible." The guitarist replied, hopefully.
"Well...okay." The dark-haired man scratched his head. "It sounds to me that you have a crush on someone."
"A crush?" Takuya repeated with a tilt of his head.
"Yeah, if you actually feel that way, then you're in love with that person." Kanon nodded.
"So...if what I'm feeling is a crush, then...that means I'm in love with Kanon-kun?"
Kanon was taken aback. "What? You...you have a crush on me?"
"...If that's how you put it." The guitarist nodded slowly in reply.
"WHAT? Takuya-kun likes Kanon-kun?!" The two turned to the rest of the members, who stared in surprise by the sudden revelation. Teruki heard everything since he finished early. Yuuki grinned slyly.
"Woooo~ Didn't think you'd be like that, Takuya-chan~!" Miku teased, watching the two blush.
"...Miku, you be quiet." Kanon defended the other. He got up and said, "Well...since we're done, we're leaving for the day. Come on, Takuya-kun."
He reached for the guitarist's wrist and pulled him out, ignoring the whistles and hollers.
"Um...where are we going?" Takuya asked, shyly.
"...Coffee shop. I think it's be a nice place to start." The bassist paused, turning back to face him. "...Because I like you too."
Takuya gazed at him with slightly widened eyes and smiled.
End.
A/N: I wrote this months back and I didn't bother finishing it. xD I don't think I like this ending.
