Unfortunately, I have found kanji at another site, but thanks!
If you want to, you can link to my translation, though.
Plus, I spotted some mistakes in your romaji, like me to correct them? :

First, I'd like to ask why you tear verbs apart? For example in line two, ochita. That's one verb, the past form of ochiru. Do you write ochi ru? Really, one word is enough and less confusing. ;)
You can write "tte" separately, though.
In the first bridge, it's kesenai, not kiesenai. The kanji can be read kesu or kieru. :)
Again, verbs. Tatakeba is one word, and not tata ke ba. Especially ke and ba cannot stand on their own. :)
And it's "kimi ni mo mieru hazu", not wazu. Ha is read as wa if a particle, but never on other occasions. The word hazu indicates some form of expectation or opinion, like "You should have seen it, too".
Also, sakebitsuzuketemo can be written in one word. At least, write tsuzuketemo in one word, please. :)
And I think the last line is actually "Yume DAKE wo shinjite aruite yukou."
Feel free to object to everything I said, as I am not without fail either. ^^

So, keep trying!
Plus, my translations are also not 100% correct - maybe I'm not a super beginner anymore, but, as my prof said, you can study for 20 years and still have trouble.
