the state of things can be surmised from the fact that i just now got around to responding :)
overall - good. zooming in - zhe's working a lot, i've started working, we don't have childcare but aliska wants to hang out and interact all the time. so zhe works morning to night, and i work night to morning.
it's not all gloom and doom, especially now that my parents were here for a few days, but they're leaving in the morning, and my work is picking up.

i hear the party is repeating itself in moscow on 12/20 :)
