Financial responsibility
So grant and I have lived together for a year and we are finally figuring things out financially. He makes cash tips so we have to set aside a certain amount of money each week to make sure we can pay rent. It sounds simple and a tiny bit of discipline every week makes a huge difference in my stress level. I no longer am thinking how much money ( Read more... ) -

Getting back up
Finally expressed myself at work and found a solution apparently my director and managers value me enough to move me to another team when I am unhappy. Everything will be better in the new year...just have to survive the rest...

Down and can't get up
Don't know where to start or how to pull myself out of it. Not ready to let it go but have to let it go to move on. Every deal someone gets makes me feel worse.
