Thanks for the tip - I shall try the Nytol and see if it takes the edges off.

Do you know what is stopping you sleeping? There can be so many things, and knowing what you are addressing is the first step.
There is a lot I could say about how to improve sleep if you would like...

That's pretty much why I gave up drinking. I enjoyed the drunkenness as, but eventually it got to a point where it's no longer worth it.
