I just wanted to thank you for speaking with my Mom and trying to help the situation. It's obvious that she has issues with listening to other people, but she seems to really value your opinoins. Won't be going back there for quite awhile ; )

i know many who would choose a 3rd attitude and it's neither of those, unfortunately. it's all to do with the state, care and feeding of one's child within, i think.
