I just wanted to let you know that you probably won't get anything, because without receipts stating that you own the CDs, footage of the CDs being dropped off, and tons of other evidence, it's just a "he said she said" case and will be kicked out of court. If you're serious about taking her to court, I suggest you obtain all the concrete proof that you can get your hands on.
There's no physical evidence that it was Amy who changed your passwords. There's no physical evidence that she did or didn't drop off your CDs, although I can account for the fact that she did leave them at your gate, HERSELF, because she begged me to go with her. A few text messeges don't count as evidence, because it's not prooven that she was the actual one who send the messeges.
It sucks that you both have to go through this, especially since you were best friends.
right well i tried calling you to find out when you will be home so i can drop off your blank cds and your permit but you didnt answer so whatever. if you want them bad enough, email me letting me know what time and when.

I'm sorry if i misunderstood, but going to court for the CD's... ashley i don't know if it's for those reasons, or cuz of the "rumors", or lies, or password changing...enough. I don't wanna get into your busniess, but you guys have like been friends for a long ass time. It seems silly, but then again i guess you find out another side of a person, and you don't need to be dealing with people like that sweety. I hope your doing well, and hope that you and Seth are happy. And it's good to be with someone who makes you feel great, and loved, there's nothing bad about it.
