i hit a truck today, worst thing ever. I didnt even hit it that hard, but it had a trailor hitch that happilly proceeded to tear through my bumber and left headlight. car accidents suck. i didnt even scratch the fucking truck, that would have made me feel a little better. and i got a $50 traffic citation.

i was so not drunk. and brendan i switch lanes, on philly pick and he had his left blinker on but i was in the right so i didnt see it until i had gotten over, i was gasing he started braking, there wasnt enough room to stop, the spaceship = served.

You shoudln't have gotten a ticket. If you really want, you could fight it. Tickets are only to be issued if over $1000 of damage is caused. I was in an accident almost identical to yours. I was changing lanes and didn't see a car coming, and scraped the rear side fender of his car. There was a cop right around there and when I asked about a ticket, he said citations are not issued for that little amount of damage. What you did does also not constitute reckless driving.

I got tickets for my other two accidents though, because even though the damage was to my own cars, I did a combined damage of $31,000 dollars(the combined values of both cars since I totaled them) or something.

it was for "following too closely" not reckless driving. And i think the spaceship has more than a thousand dollars worth of damage too it, its way fucked.
