Chapter 10
“You inconsiderate idiot!” Kyujong whacked Hyunjoong the minute Youngsaeng was gone. “Obviously something was wrong and you still went on with your ‘rich people aren’t to be trusted’ issue.”
Hyunjoong made a funny face at Kyujong. “As if you weren’t interested.”
Jungmin’s bulb lit up immediately. “Hey, I’ve got an idea on how to get you two together!”
Hyunjoong and Hyungjoon didn’t want to bother, but Kyujong enthusiastically asked for an answer.
“If his dad’s company is going bankrupt, and the both of your father’s company are specializing in the same thing, which is everything, then you two can join company! Just beg yours and his parents to accept homosexuality and it’s done.”
“Sounds stupid.” The duo high-fived each other.
“No, it sounds right.” Kyujong grinned. “Thanks Jungmin. I owe you a whole lot.”
“Yeah? But my parents always say I owe you a whole lot. Now we don’t owe each other?” Jungmin laughed.
“Yeah. Your family earned a reputation, I earned my love.” Kyujong beamed. “Now, to get it to work…”

“Daddy!” Youngsaeng rushed into his elegant white and spacious house. An unfamiliar family was present along with his parents. Upon meeting the eyes of the strangers, he bowed his greetings and blushed embarrassedly for his disrespect earlier.
“Youngsaeng.” Youngsaeng’s father called back with a smile. “This is your fiancée and her family.”
Finally, Youngsaeng knew what he was in for. His family was going bankrupt, and the marriage between him and this girl had to be pushed forward. No matter how he pleaded in the past, his parents would wave it away saying it’s too far to say anything. This time, it’s here, and he can’t do anything to stop it.
And now, he wishes for his Death Note again.

“Youngsaeng?” Kyujong called out in surprise. “You…came…?”
“I promised I’ll be back.” Youngsaeng nodded tiredly.
Deep down in Kyujong’s heart, he knew he had to thank Hyunjoong for doubting Youngsaeng. This way, Youngsaeng would want to prove Hyunjoong wrong. Probably that’s why Youngsaeng did come back after all.
“I suppose you all want explanations?” Youngsaeng asked with a half-smile. “As I said, I, or more correctly, my family, is going bankrupt. My arranged marriage with this girl from some company is then pushed forward to next week. After marriage, a contract would be sign between our family and my family’s business would then finally return to normal.”
Kyujong smiled. “Do you know which company?”
Youngsaeng raised his eyebrow at Kyujong’s curiousity over such a minor fact. “The biggest electronic company in Korea.”
“Mm..You three better behave yourself while I go make a call.” Kyujong stared at the trio before giving Youngsaeng a warm smile. “I’ll be back.”
Youngsaeng looked at Kyujong’s back view weirdly. He was trying his best to forget Kyujong’s interest in him, but Kyujong doesn’t seem to have any intention of backing away. “Er so…where were we?”
“We were…at kidnapping you.” Hyungjoon informed. “Though it really isn’t a kidnap, you know right?”
“Why are you so scared of him? He’s still at the low point and his father can’t do anything to us anymore.” Hyunjoong stuck out his tongue at Youngsaeng.
Jungmin whacked Hyunjoong. “His father can’t, but Kyujong can.”
“Oh, yeah.” Hyunjoong sulked. “Why can’t Kyujong like me?”
Youngsaeng buried his head in his hands. Why does he have to face this kind of situations?

“Dad, please cripple that electronic company.” Kyujong calmly said over the phone. “Yeah. They bullied someone close to me…”
“Thanks, but could you get it done now?” Kyujong continued. “Done? And Dad…could we merge with our rival company? Yes, that.”
Kyujong hesitated. “I…Dad, I’ve fallen hard in love for someone.”
“And that someone…is the lone son of that company.”
