(Special 2) Chapter 17

Youngsaeng, wearing a short sleeved white tiered wedding dress with a dress trail of about 5 meters long, looked more than ravishing in the feminine clothes he had on. The dress upper portion wrapped around Youngsaeng’s body tightly, emphasizing his slender waist. Then, it was flared from his waist to the toes, not that you could see them under those thick and thus heavy silk. There were only three diagonal tiers, and they were far apart from each other since Youngsaeng’s height need not be stressed. He wore a raven-coloured wig, the same hair colour he originally had, which had big curls. Some fell to his back, and some went to the front, ending at Youngsaeng’s stomach. There was also a diamond tiara which was nicely placed on Youngsaeng’s head, and it made him look elegant and adorable at the same time.

“The dress is heavy even though I’m sitting comfortably on this sofa chair.” Youngsaeng pouted. “The dress trail isn’t helping. I hate you.”

Kyujong didn’t know how to reply. The make-up artists when back to touch up Youngsaeng’s ruined make-up, while Kyujong held onto Youngsaeng’s hand and looked into his eyes fondly. “Thank you.”

Youngsaeng nodded with a smile. “Glad you’re grateful.”

The make-up Youngsaeng had wasn’t helping Kyujong feel better. The mascara lengthened and thickened Youngsaeng’s eyelashes, and when he blinked his enchanting eyes, the electricity that went through Kyujong’s body was no joke. Then there was the light pink blush that was almost unnoticeable unless one knew Youngsaeng’s face like how Kyujong did, and the pink gloss applied on Youngsaeng’s thin lips.

“Maybe a wedding photo was not such a good idea.” Kyujong breathed in and out while fanning himself, trying to calm his raging hormones down.

“I knew it. I look ugly.” Youngsaeng pouted. He wanted to do something for Kyujong since Kyujong seemed to be the one doing everything from the start, and thus got himself into a wedding dress. When he was in one, he wanted his loved one to be happy, but Kyujong seemed to be pretending to be happy. It didn’t help his confidence when he didn’t actually look at himself in the mirror. “Well then, you shall get a wedding dress! Maybe you’ll look prettier?”

“No. You look absolutely wonderful I want to keep you in a museum and show you to the whole world.” Kyujong lifted Youngsaeng’s head which dropped to face the floor due to his lack of confidence. “It’s just maybe I would force you into dresses more often now.”

“YOU DARE?!” Youngsaeng growled at him. “Anyway, we should get Kyuhyun here.”

Kyujong raised an eyebrow. “What? A wedding photo turned family portrait?”

“I want to give him a dress too…” Youngsaeng said as an evil glint appeared in his eyes.

Thus, little Kyuhyun was brought into the bridal shop without knowing anything that his usually calm and motherly father planned. Of course he was shocked when he first saw Youngsaeng in a dress, but what shocked him more was that his two fathers started changing him before strangers, into a gown.

“DADDIES!” Kyuhyun whined and was on the verge of letting tears fall.

Youngsaeng pulled him into a hug even though Kyujong was still zipping the back of the gown. “I’m sorry, but your other daddy planned this.”

Kyujong pouted at Youngsaeng, who shrugged and gave him a “you-made-me-into-a-girl-and-gave-me-this-idea-thus-you-indirectly-did” look. He sighed and then took up all the blame. “Yes, my fault. You look adorable in a gown though, like your mommy.”

“Mommy?!” Youngsaeng and Kyuhyun chorused at the same time. One was of absolute horror while the other was of absolute happiness.

“Yay! Then finally I don’t have to call Youngsaeng-daddy and Kyujong-daddy! The names so long it’s troublesome sometimes!” Kyuhyun cheered while Youngsaeng tackled Kyujong and tried to make him change his words. Unfortunately, Kyuhyun has already loved the new name. “MOMMY!”

“…” Youngsaeng gritted his teeth, before realising Kyuhyun isn’t crying about being in a gown already. “Stupid daddy. We get manipulated by him so easily.”

Kyujong grinned and brought them into a hug. “Kyuhyun, let’s get your hair styled and make-up done before we take a family portrait! You, me and mommy. Okay?”

“Yes!” Kyuhyun nodded, absolutely happy with his “new” mommy.

“I hate you so much.” Youngsaeng hissed at Kyujong, while smiling kindly at his, or currently her, son. “More than I ever knew. So you happily turned me into a girl, eh? You’ll pay, I’ll make sure of it.”

“Don’t worry, I’ll give you as many kisses as you want.” Kyujong chortled, gaining a whack on his head. “Ouch.”

“It’ll take more than that to earn my forgiveness. You turned me into a freaking girl!” Youngsaeng scowled.

“Mommy? What’s freaking?” Kyuhyun looked up at Youngsaeng with big sparkling eyes. “Does it mean beautiful? Because mommy’s beautiful!”

“Er…” Youngsaeng frowned and wondered how to delete such a word from Kyuhyun’s memory. “It means er…weird and unusual and crazy…yeah…”

“No, daddy didn’t change mommy into a weird, unusual and crazy girl. Daddy made mommy into the prettiest mommy on Earth!” Kyuhyun jumped off the chair he was sitting on and went to hug Youngsaeng’s legs (or what he thought was the legs since Youngsaeng’s legs were pretty much hidden under thick silk). Kyujong beamed at Kyuhyun’s adorable gesture. Youngsaeng had plenty of soft spots, and Kyuhyun recently became one of them.

“Yes, yes. He didn’t. Now get ready quickly so the photographer can capture Kyuhyunnie’s adorable smile, okay?” Youngsaeng ruffled Kyuhyun’s un-styled hair and lightly pushed him towards the workers working on him. “And because Kyuhyun’s all adorable, I’ll let you off FOR NOW.”

“Noted.” Kyujong nodded and had a serious look on his face.

When all preparations were done, they took indoor photographs, some without Kyuhyun and a few with him. They then went out, taking beautiful pictures with nature as the background. Although Youngsaeng was suffering with the thick and heavy clothes, it felt better since it was during autumn. Many servants were called from home to carry the heavy gown too, but of course it was very inconvenient for him who never wore a dress before. When the couple and sometimes with Kyuhyun looked blissfully at the camera, everyone helping out felt like smiling along. Even onlookers looked on with envy, seeing how a beautiful couple took wedding photos with their child.

“Maybe they had premarital pregnancy, but they’re happy and that’s all that matters.” A passerby said to the person beside her. “The girl’s pretty, the boy’s handsome, their child is adorable. They’d definitely be happy for long.”
