Navbar Color

I tried to search some of the back entries, but I couldn't find what I was looking for, so I hope someone can help.

I use S2, Component and have actually changed up my format a few times (colors, banners at the top, etc) previous. I seem to recall having this issue last time around, but I guess I didn't save the code/answer to the problem.

Go here and make sure that you have 'Custom Nav Bar Colors (with or without gradient) selected. Then under the Colors Tab, you scroll down until you see the "Select the Navigation Bar Main Color" etc.

Thanks, but...

When I tried that earlier, all it did was change the color of that new navbar thingie that recently popped up- the one at the tippy top of my lj or whatever lj I'm looking at- with my user icon, and the buttons that allow you to go to your own lj, post at your lj, etc.

I guess, to be more specific: I'm talking about the navbar directly above my Journal title and entries- it's part way down the page under the header that I made.

I appreciate the help though!

Yes, I did- thanks!

One of my friends helped me fix it. It turned out to be a piece of code in my layer. Which is what I'd suspected. There was a nice little url in there that had lj has a source- the last six digits were the color code for the navbar.

Basically- it was what I'd originally thought it was, but I didn't know how to change it.

GO BUCKS! (I can't not say that now!)
