Disable custom comment pages

I'm trying to make a community, but I can't find how for comments and LJ-cuts to appear in a basic page (like in this community for example). They just appear in my layout, in the style of my layout.
I know it must be the most common think to do, but I can't find any help on the Internet.

No, that FAQ is all for S2. S1 users and communities can't use customized comment pages at all.
What is the community in question?

Yeah, I know S1 communities can't use customized comment pages. And that's the point: I want to use a S2 layout with none-customized comment pages. I want comments to appear like here, like this.
