James. I finally found time to sit down at the computer in order to read your "update on life". I understand I'm about a month late, but I know you'll forgive me for that. That statement about writers not being able to do the mathematics and sciences is true as I am an average (or rather average compared to my other subjects, not to other students) mathematician and scientist. Or rather, I am neither at all. Which I find odd as my Grandmother was the mathematician for Wernher von Braun, the famous German rocket scientist, and my Grandfather was a scientest employed to top secret "missions" during the voyage to the moon era, or Woodstock era, depending on how you wish to refer to it ( ... )
