LOL! Loved the line about the relative efficiency of black and blue. You've got Franks down perfectly (and I know he's a pain to write) - well done! Why do I get the feeling that this was inspired by some personal experience with a slow lift?

First time at trying to write Franks. Don't find him easy to write - not that I find anyone easy to write. Wanted Gibbs to have some Tonyesque qualities (as Ducky mentioned in Mind Games) but not be Tony.

Restructuring is like a slow lift. Takes forever, you only ever move about 10 feet before someone presses the emergency alarm wanting to get off and corporate services own it.
